Improve your SEO Rankings without getting tied into a long term optimisation contract
I made a big mistake a few years ago by employing an SEO company to attempt to improve my ranking in the search engine results pages for my chosen search terms. All of their promises in the end added up to very little indeed, and after my two year contract was up, I had improved my positions in only eight of my twenty chosen key words. Of course, I could see this coming after only six months with very little movement indeed, but I soon discovered that I was powerless to stop it. Once you sign a contract you are tied in, and there’s very little you can do about it, especially when you have no absolute guarantees from the start.
Fortunately I managed to turn things round by employing an SEO specialist on a freelance basis. I came across this guy on a website dedicated to finding the right freelancer for you, whatever you’re looking for. The great thing for me was that I was able to strike a deal which suited both of us. I was happy to offer a great rate of pay, as long as I was tied to working with this guy for no more than a month at a time. The person who worked for me was happy with this because he had every confidence in his ability, and so it turned out. Within a couple of months I was already seeing an improvement in my rankings, because this guy knew he had to perform to keep his job. I would recommend anyone go down the route of finding a freelancer for their SEO needs, it is so much more flexible than employing a big company who promise the world and deliver very little.
